This morning venture out to Old Delhi, wandering through alleyways for an authentic Delhi street food.  Keep your eye out for the local chai wallah, renowned for his delicious milky tea. Next, jump on the city's metro system and head to Jama Masjid – Delhi's oldest mosque. There is also a significant Sikh population, so continue the religious theme over a vegetarian lunch at a local Sikh temple. After lunch, tour Chandni Chowk – one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi. Visit the spice warehouses in the back alleys of Khari Baoli and meet a seller to hear them talk spice mixes for the market. Old Delhi is famous for its narrow lanes and the most delicious cuisines. The small gullies (lanes) have an incredible variety of food to offer Delhi food tour is only completed by visiting the Paratha Wali Gali in Chandni Chowk, in this lane, where every shop sells a variety of Parathas (bread) stuffed with some unknown but the most delicious filling. Old Delhi has numerous street joints famous for selling Chats, Dahi Bhalle, Tikki, Fruit Chat, and Phirni. You'll find everything here, from saris to silver jewelry. Take a cycle rickshaw ride through the crowded market. Then drive past the dramatic Red Fort- built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the year 1648. Visit Raj Ghat, a memorial to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi.

In the afternoon you will visit of of Qutub Minar, a 72.5 m minaret, the tallest "skyscraper" in the world when built (1193-1368). Drive past India Gate, a memorial for the Indian soldiers who died in World War I and President's House, the official residence of the President of India”.

Delhi – Lucknow by flight

In the morning you will visit Bara Imambara-the complex comprises a large mosque (Asfi Mosque), a labyrinth (the Bhul Bhulaiya), and a stepwell with running water (Shahi Baoli). The structure boasts of two large gateways that will lead you to the central hall, Chhota Imambara-The beautoful white monument is built in the Charbagh style with a stream flowing along the middle of the garden. The architecture is Indo- Islamic though a lot of Persian influence can also be seen. Government Museum, a must visit for all the tourists is situated in a modern three-storied building

Walk in the city has very well retained its old-charm offering an enticing attraction to the visitors. Lucknow food tours will always have the Biryani, Kebabs, and Nahari-kulchas on its menu. This city is famous for making an ordinary dish extraordinary by mixing a variety of spices and making it taste wonders.

You must try a Tundey ke kabab- The all time favorite tundey ke kabab is a perfesect street food for non vegetarians. Situated in the oldest market of the city, chowk . The soft galavati kababs and shaami kabab sold here will surely make your heart sink!

Optional: Cooking Class in the City of Nawabs- Learn the Awadhi Dum Pukht cooking style. The word Dum means to breathe and Pukht means to cook. This technique involved putting the food in a clay pot commonly known as handi in Awadh and covering it tightly with dough and cooking the food over a low flame. In your Lucknow food tour, you will see every restaurant using the Dum Pukht cooking style to cook the traditional Awadhi cuisine.

Spend this morning at leisure, perhaps enjoying some souvenir shopping. In the afternoon, head to the railway station to board your train to Agra, where you'll be met and transferred to your hotel.

Visit the incredible Taj Mahal by sunrise (UNESCO), a white marble mausoleum built by the Mughal emperor ShâhJahân in memory of his favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal, whose construction contains a thousand and one extraordinary stories. Back to hotel for breakfast.

Later visit the mythical red fort of Agra (UNESCO), symbol of the power and artistic influence of the Mughal dynasty standing on the banks of the Yamuna, a tributary of the Ganges.

In the afternoon, embark on a food tour of Agra, to sample its delightful cuisine. Try food from some of the oldest and most well-reputed food joints in the city. As this is a walking tour you will get a close-up look at this ancient city, visiting some non-touristy markets and tasting some of the best local food.

Over 3-4 hours you'll visit around 7-9 food places, which will be equivalent to one meal plus snacks. This food tour can be enjoyed by vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians.

Today, travel to Jaipur, Enroute witness the architectural wonder of the golden age of Mughals at  Fatehpur Sikri (UNESCO), a remarkably preserved red sandstone fortress, which was the ephemeral capital of Emperor Akbar. Visit the Great Mosque, with the tomb of Sheikh Salim Chishti, the Jewel House also called Diwan-i-Khas (audience hall) containing the pillar of Akbar and the giant chess board. Arrive Jaipur and check in at hotel

In the morning you will visit Amber Fort and enjoy an elephant ride - Amber Fort is one of the most famous forts of Rajasthan built in 1592 by Raja Man Singh.  The fort was built in red sandstone and marble and the Lake down below adds a charm to the entire Fort. It boasts of various buildings of prominence like the 'Diwan-i-Aam', the 'Sheesh Mahal' and the 'Sukh Mahal' and has influences of both Hindu and Muslim architecture. Drive past magnificent Hawa Mahal is perhaps the most well-known architectural landmark of Jaipur. An imposing structure in the city’s signature pink color, Hawa Mahal is a unique palace as it does not have any rooms or halls.

In the afternoon you will visit the Maharaja's City Palace. A complex of courtyards, gardens and buildings, the impressive City Palace is right in the centre of the Old City, with an imposing blend of traditional Rajput and Mughal architecture. Also visit Jantar Mantar,a UNESCO world heritage site, the largest of five astronomical observatories build by Maharaja Jai Singh.

As well as gaining a better understanding of how everyday fare is prepared and eaten, you'll get a glimpse into an Indian house. Today, start early drive to the beautiful lakeside town of Udaipur. Known as 'the Pearl of Rajasthan', the 'City of Sunrise' and the 'Venice of the East', Udaipur is a beautiful place, and one of the most romantic cities in India.

In the evening take a scenic sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola, from which you can admire the views of the mountains on one side and the lake-side palaces on the other.

This morning you enjoy a guided tour of Udaipur, set beside the shimmering waters of Lake Pichola, starting at

the floating City Palace. This former hunting lodge of the Royal Family is made up of a number of different palaces, the most impressive of which is the Crystal Palace which features the largest private collection of crystal in the world. Then you will see the Sahelionki- Garden Bari, location that was reserved, formerly, to the Queen's

relatives. You end the tour with a visit to the Hindu Jagdish Temple.

In the afternoon, embark on a three-hour food walking tour. Sample Udaipur's delicious Mewari food in the traditional bazaars and authentic food joints, some of which are generations old. Try local favorites like mirchi vada, various types of kachauris with different stuffings, onion samosas, daal baati choorma (a signature dish of Rajasthan) and many others.

In the evening, enjoy a cooking demo so you can learn to make a perfect Rajasthani meal. Afterward, tuck into your creations.

Today, transfer to airport to bard flight for Mumbai. where you'll be met and transferred to your hotel.

Mumbai is India's commercial capital and largest city. Some would say that Mumbai is also the food capital of India. This is the heart of Marathi cuisine; however, you will also find huge culinary diversity that celebrates regional cuisines from across the country. In the late afternoon, wander down Marine Drive to Chowpatty Beach. Enjoy the sunset and snack on bhel puri (tangy puffed rice and vegetable chaat), pav bhaji (a thick vegetable curry served with bread) and other renowned Mumbai street foods.

Today early begin your city tour of Mumbai with Mani Bhawan, a museum dedicated to the life of Mahatma Gandhi. See the Dhobi Ghat, the largest open-air laundry in the world – an incredible sight.  Just before lunch, stop by the Victoria Terminus to witness the dabbah-wallahs arrive and begin delivery of over 10,000 lunches to downtown businessmen. visit Prince of Wales Museum with exhibits of ancient Indian history as well as objects from foreign lands, categorized primarily into three sections - Art, Archaeology and Natural History

Make a short stop at the Hanging Gardens perched above Malabar Hill - these terraced gardens providing a beautiful, panoramic view of the Arabian Sea were laid out in the early 1880s and pass by the Tower of Silence, on which the Parsis place their dead.   Continue to Marine Drive, Malabar Hill. Take a walk in the bustling Crawford Market
