Today begin your city tour of Mumbai with Mani Bhawan, a museum dedicated to the life of Mahatma Gandhi. See the Dhobi Ghat, the largest open-air laundry in the world – an incredible sight.  Just before lunch, stop by the Victoria Terminus to witness the dabbah-wallahs arrive and begin delivery of over 10,000 lunches to downtown businessmen. visit Prince of Wales Museum with exhibits of ancient Indian history as well as objects from foreign lands, categorized primarily into three sections - Art, Archaeology and Natural History

Visit Hasnabad Dargah is one of Mumbai’s most beautiful mausoleums, the city’s very own Taj Mahal. This architectural marvel has four corner minarets and a beautiful blue dome – a welcome sight for sore eyes. Located in Mazgaon, amongst the seven islands that made up the Mumbai Heptanesia, Hasnabad Dargah was built in honor of 1st Aga Khan. To experience the glory of the Darkhana Jamatkhana, it is necessary to walk through the entire building and experience its rich and varied architecture. The clock tower, at the top of the Darkhana stands out as an elegant landmark in the whole area.

Today, proceed to the Elephanta caves. These caves are located on an island that is situated few miles away from the Gateway of India and can be reached by boarding a ferry. The Elephanta caves comprise seven caves of which Mahesh Murti cave is of great importance. This rock-cut cave temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. In this cave, Lord Shiva is shown as a creator, protector and destroyer. After the visit to these caves return to the hotel 

Then make a short stop at the Hanging Gardens perched above Malabar Hill - these terraced gardens providing a beautiful, panoramic view of the Arabian Sea were laid out in the early 1880s and pass by the Tower of Silence, on which the Parsis place their dead.   Continue to Marine Drive, Chowpatty Beach and Malabar Hill. Take a walk in the bustling Crawford Market

Today, transfer to the Mumbai airport to board a flight to Aurangabad. Upon arrival, meet our representative who will escort you to your hotel.

In the afternoon you will visit Ellora caves- (Closed on Tuesdays). Located 30 km from Aurangabad, Ellora Caves is a stunning example of stone-carved architecture. The 34 caves have beautiful iconography and workmanship reflecting the three main religious groups of Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism. See the beautiful sculpture of Buddha, the Hindu god Shiva and the exquisite craftsmanship of deities. On the way back visit Daulatabad Fort, a labyrinthine structure that was once covered in Persian tiles.

After the visit return to City then visit Bibi ka Maqbara- The Dakhani Taj (Taj Mahal of the Deccan) is the most important Mughal monument in the Deccan region. It was built as a tomb for Bibi Rabia Daurani, the wife of Mughal Emperor Aurangazeb.

Enjoy a day excursion to Ajanta Caves (Closed on Mondays). Nestling in an inner fold of the Sahyadri hills, 100 km from the city of Aurangabad in the shape of a mammoth horseshoe, are the 30 rock-hewn caves of Ajanta, dating from the 2nd century B.C. Discovered in 1819, by a group of British Officers, this complex is a home of more than 200 monks and artisans. Inside, the caves are richly decorated with frescoes and intricate sculptures that are regarded as masterpieces.

Today, transfer to Aurangabad airport to board a flight to Udaipur via Mumbai. Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer to Hotel.

 Udaipur is known as the 'City of Lakes'. It is among the most sought-after tourist destinations of the Indian state of Rajasthan.

Late in the afternoon, enjoy an evening boat ride across Lake Pichola to Jag Mandir - the Indian Royal Family's summer resort.

Today, enjoy a guided tour of Udaipur, set beside the shimmering waters of Lake Pichola, starting at the floating City Palace. This former hunting lodge of the Royal Family is made up of a number of different palaces, the most impressive of which is the Crystal Palace which features the largest private collection of crystals in the world. Then you will see the Sahelionki- Garden Bari, a location that was reserved, formerly, to the Queen's

relatives. You end the tour with a visit to the Hindu Jagdish Temple.

Bhartiya Lok Kala Museum is one of the most famous museums of Udaipur, exhibiting the brilliant collection of folk articles of Rajasthan. This rare compilation varies from typical rural dresses, ornaments, puppets, masks, dolls, folk musical instruments, folk deities and paintings. The museum is comfortably located in the building of Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal near Chetak Circle in Udaipur city.

Today, drive to Jodhpur, en-route visit Ranakpur temples. The group of temples is built out of marble, featuring 108 carved pillars with no two pillars exhibiting similar design. This magnificent white marble temple devoted to Adinath, a god in the Jain religion. Built in the 15th century, the temple has 1444 individually carved pillars. The temple is a masterpiece of architecture and boasts of not less than four additional shrines. It has 24 pillared halls with 80 domes that are supported by 400 columns. The upper and lower parts of the domes are linked by brackets that have deities' sculptures. After the visit, continue the drive to Jodhpur. Upon arrival, Jodhpur, check-in at the hotel.  

Evening enjoy walking tour of Old Market of Jodhpur and visit Clock Tower Market by a joy ride on Tuk-tuks.

Today, you will visit Mehrangarh Fort - Mehrangarh Fort was built by Rao Jodha in the year 1459. The fort is spread over an area of 5 km and is built on a 125 m high hill in the outskirts of Jodhpur city. One can see the panoramic view of the Jodhpur city from this fort, which seems like a blue carpet laid at the foot of a hill. Every ruler of Jodhpur has contributed in the making of this fort. Within the fort, one can see the magnificent palaces.

 Umaid Bhawan Palace- The royal family of Jodhpur still lives in a part of the palace. Another part of the palace houses a well-maintained museum, displaying an amazing array of items belonging to the Maharaja and the royal family - weapons, antiques & fascinating clocks, crockery and trophies.

Jaswant Thada (Marble Cenotaph of Maharaja Jaswant Singh)-  This cenotaph was built in the 19th century by Maharaja Sardar Singh in the memory of his father, Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Jaswant Thada is a perfect example of architectural brilliance. The architecture is made of white marbles which are so fine that the outer surface of the whole building emits a warm glow during sunlight. Currently, it exhibits a variety of paintings and portraits of Jodhpur rulers.   Government Museum - The government museum in the middle of the Umaid Public Gardens has a varied collection of textiles, miniature portraits, local crafts, weapons, the images of Jain Tirthankars, etc.

Morning proceeds for the sightseeing tour of Jaipur visiting Amber Fort with Elephant Ride

Visit the city of Amber and its fort. Erected on a vast hill, the citadel and its fort were intended to protect the ancient capital of the state of Jaipur.  You will get there on the back of an elephant, then you will come back in a jeep. You will be able to visit the various rooms, the inner courtyards, the rooms of public hearings, the Mughal gardens with its star-shaped flower beds. In addition, Amber Fort offers panoramic views of Lake Maota. On the way back you will stop at the Hawa Mahal - the famous and magnificent Palace of the Winds. 

Later, proceed to visit City Palace is one of the major landmarks in Jaipur. The beautiful palace was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh during his reign. Among the various forts and palaces of Jaipur, City Palace stands apart, with its outstanding art and architecture. In the Palace complex visit Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum.

Visit Observatory or Jantar Mantar. It is an astronomical observation site built in the early 18th century. Whose passion for science, engineering, and astronomy prompted him to construct this complex of fourteen scientific instruments. It’s been over 200 years since they were first constructed, these fourteen structures can still accurately measure time; predict eclipses, and track stars and planets in their orbits.

The Laxmi Narayan Temple is commonly known as the Birla Temple and is located beneath the Moti Dungri Fort. You must visit this temple during ‘Janmashtami’, the birth ceremony of Lord Krishna as the festival is celebrated on a grand scale. There is a magnificent museum that exhibits the ancestral possessions of the Birla family. For the shopaholic, there is a shopping complex where numerous items are available

Option: Bollywood movie at Raj Mandir

Rajmandir was the dream of Shri Mehtab Chandra Golcha who wanted a cinema hall that will cross the boundary of traditional cinema and will showcase more than just movies. He wanted a cinema hall that could hold his audience for his style and elegance. A cinema that will make his audience feel like that they are the royal guest of a palace and are invited for complete entertainment. Rajmandir was his idea that has proud India and over the years has witnessed many movie premiers, and has become one of the most popular tourist places of Jaipur. Rajmandir is owned by Bhuramal Rajmal Surana, the reputed jewelers of Jaipur for 250 Years.

Today, travel by surface to Agra. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri.

Built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in the mid-16th century, Fatehpur Sikri was meant to be a new capital for his empire. It was also the emperor’s homage to Saint Sheikh Salim Chishti, who predicted the birth of the emperor’s much-desired son and heir. Built-in almost uniform style, Sikri is a sprawling complex of palaces, mosques, temples, and other structures. It is a stunning amalgamation of the Persian and Indian styles of building. Later continue your drive for Agra.

Later you will visit Agra bazaar (On Own) – This city has a lot to be explored and with this activity, you will be able to visit old shops and enjoy the market area like a local. You can shop for locally crafted goods made up of Stone, Marble, leather goods, collectibles, and many more products. You will also get to interact with the craftsmen and will witness their work closely. 

Option: Mohabbat-e-Taj Show

Spend your evening watching the amazing Mohabbat-e-Taj Show depicting the romantic love story of Emperor Shah Jahan and his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. It is a live show in the Hindi language and interpretation is available in English, French and German languages through headphones. Over 80 talented artists will perform this love story along with creative dance performances.

Visit Taj Mahal at sunrise. The Taj Mahal is one of the Seven Wonders of the World that symbolizes the love of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal’s final resting place. The Taj Mahal is widely recognized as "the jewel of Muslim art and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage. The white marble building changes its hue with the variations in the daylight. In the moonlight, particularly on the full moon night, the marble appears extraordinarily luminescent.

In the afternoon visit, The Agra Fort is one of the most important and robustly built strongholds of the Mughals, embellished with a number of richly decorated buildings encompassing the imposing Mughal style of art and architecture. Also visit a marble-inlay workshop to see the intricate work and unique skill which goes into each finely detailed piece of marble inlay, using a number of beautiful semi-precious stones.

Itmad Ud Daulah’s tomb: Nicknamed as Baby Taj, this was the first Mughal structure built completely from marble. Built between 1622 and 1628, this is the tomb of Mirza Ghiyas Beg, chief minister of Emperor Jehangir and father of Nur Jahan.

Today, drive to Gwalior. As you reach Gwalior, check in at the Hotel - Gwalior is one of the most developed cities of India with factories producing cotton, yarn, paint, ceramics, chemicals, and leather products.

In the afternoon you will visit Gwalior: One of the most developed cities of India with factories producing cotton, yarn, paint, ceramics, chemicals, and leather products. Gwalior Fort, Built in the 15th century by Raja Mansingh Tomar on a hilltop, the mighty Gwalior Fort overlooks the city. Visits Sas-Bahu temples, Teli-ka-Mandir and the Archaeological Museum. Later in the evening visit the Phool Bagh, Suraj Kund and the Gujari Mahal

Today, drive to Orchha,  En-route visit Jhansi. The major tourist attractions of Jhansi include Government Museum, Jhansi Fort, Rani Mahal, Barua Sagar and the Ganesh Mandir. After the visit, continue to drive to Orchha. Upon arrival check-in at Hotel.

In the afternoon you will visit Orchha: The Bundela chief Raja Rudra Pratap (1501-31) chose an easily defended and beautiful site for his capital.  Set on the island on a bend in the Betwa River, it is elevated above the surrounding wooded countryside. Orchha contains three palaces The Jehangir Mahal: The most admired palace of Orchha's. It was built as a present to welcome Mughal Emperor Jehangir when he paid a state visit in the 17th century. The Sheesh Mahal: Sheesh Mahal ("Palace of Mirrors") was built during the early 18th century, long after Orchha's demise, originally intended as an exclusive country retreat for the local Raja, Udait Singh. Phool Bagh: The walled Phool Bagh or Flower Gardens is a cool summer spot. A sight you must not miss. Also, visit Ram Raja Temple & Chaturbhuj Temple.

In the afternoon you will visit Khajuraho, which is also known as the Temple City of Central India, which is renowned worldwide for the erotic carvings on its stones. The temples, built in the Chandela dynasty, are listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites. visit of the Khajuraho temples - Eastern and Western Group of Temples. The main temples are in the Western group, which features the magnificent Kandariya Mahadev Temple. It is the most beautiful and largest temple in Khajuraho. The tower of the temple is about 100 ft. high. The western group of temples is well known for their amazing elegance and wonderful framework. The Eastern Group contains a number of exquisitely sculptured Jain temples. Parsvanath is the longest of Jain temples in the eastern group. The sculptures in this temple are non-erotic.

Morning take Heritage & Cultural Walk of Khajuraho - Experience authentic Khajuraho on this amazing walking tour of the old town with our fun and entertaining storytellers. Later you will be transferred to Khajuraho Airport to board a flight for Varanasi. Upon arrival meet and transfer to the hotel.

Afternoon explore the city walking and enjoy a rickshaw ride. Evening witness the religious ceremony on the Hindu holiest river – The Ganges.

Early morning experience Boat Ride on River Ganga. Check out of the hotel by noon and the day free to explore.

Morning visits, the religious Hindu temple, Bharat Mata temple, Durga temple and the Tulsi Manas Temple.  Later visit the Benares Hindu University.   

Afternoon proceeds for an excursion to Sarnath, one of the top four Buddhist pilgrimage destinations in the world where the Buddha gave his first sermon. Buddhists look upon India as the land of Buddha which makes Sarnath a popular tourist attraction. Emperor Ashoka, who spread the Buddha’s message of love and compassion throughout his vast empire, visited Sarnath around 234BC and erected a stupa here. Several Buddhist structures were raised at Sarnath between the 3rd century BC and the 11th century AD. Visit the Archaeological museum (Closed on Fridays), Asoka Pillar and the Chinese Buddhist Temple.

Optional: A Sunset Stroll Along The Ghats

Strolling along the Ghats at sunset hours is an unrivaled experience. Exploring the Ghats is one of the best things to do in Varanasi. The city has almost a hundred Ghats, the steps of each leading to the waters of the River Ganges. These are bathing Ghats, praying Ghats and cremation sites for Hindus from all over the world.

Today, transfer to airport to board flight for Delhi. Upon arrival, you will meet our representative and transfer to Hotel.

Afternoon you will visit Lotus Temple is an architectural delight. The whole complex from top to bottom is made of pure marble. The universal symbol of peace, a lotus flower, gives the temple not only its name but shape as well. Photography is restricted in the inner sanctum and there is a strict code of silence to be maintained at all times.

Morning your tour will begin with a visit to Raj Ghat, a simple memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. He is also famously known as the “father of the nation”. Continue your tour to Jama Masjid, one of Asia’s largest mosques. People stream in and out of the mosque continuously and the presence of a nearby bazaar means that the area is rarely quiet. Enjoy the rickshaw ride at Old Delhi peddling through the narrow by-lanes of Chandani Chowk and visit spices market is one of the largest wholesale spice markets in Asia, It is well worth a visit for the intensity of its sights and smells alone. Along with fresh spices of all shapes, sizes, and colors, this market sells myriad nuts, herbs, dry fruits, and grains.

In the afternoon visit the Qutb Minar complex which dominates the historic site where Qutb-ud-Din-Aibak laid the foundation of Delhi Sultanate. Its sandstone minaret, 72.5 m high, has a staircase of 379 steps to reach the summit. It is the tallest stone tower in India and one of the most successful Muslim buildings. You will then discover the Humayun Mausoleum, the 2nd Mughal emperor. Built-in the middle of the 16th century at the request of Hamida Banu Begum (the widow of Emperor Humayun), the mausoleum is a fine example of early Mughal architecture.

Drive past British Architect by Edward Lutyens, with the task of building the new capital in Delhi. Lutyen’s Delhi primarily consists of the administrative area of the capital, India Gate and the Viceroy’s House (which is now known as Rashtrapati Bhawan). A visit to Delhi is incomplete without going to Lutyen’s Delhi which one can say, is the place where the Central Government of India currently resides and works from.
