   The very first experience in communicating with the agency was really good, all the informations were given in a really clear and straightforward manner. The final price (even after a few recalculation of the days spent) was modest according to service received (not expensive at all).
We have done 2 countries (India and Nepal), the drivers were really friendly and approachable; the car used in India was really comfortable and spacious while on the other hand the cars used in Nepal were not soo good, expecially for a 9 hours drive (from Katmandù to Pokhara), the normal driving time was supposed to be around 6:30 hours but due to some road contructions the total drive gets up to 9h drive and it has been a bit uncomfortable, even tough on the way back we took a plane back to Katmandù (only 40 minutes flight) which is much better.
The hotels were stunning, and the breakfasts included were delicious and there were many options of food,personnel was very friendly and helpful.
The coordination with the pick up times and tours were very well organized; even tough 1 day we had a flight delayed (due to weather) the pick up was ready for us when we got to Nepal despite the big delay.
Since I am Italian almost all the tour guides were book as "italian speakers" some of the levels of their knowledge of italian were better than others but overall all of them could communicate quite well; I would like to highlight the great work of our tour guide in Jaipur (SAJJAN SINGH SHEKHAWAT) who has been not only a very and knowledgable guide but also a great person since he helped us a lot throughout the all day in Jaipur, and his level of Italian language was very high.
So I really would like to thank all of you for the great work and the great memories and experience that we create together, I will definitely reccomend you to all my friends and families and in a future I would like to request your service again.                                 Â
