As Tibet is in high altitude, anyone who arrives in Lhasa will experience the symptoms of altitude sickness for the first few days, which is common. Symptoms should go away in a few days.

2) taking off your sunglasses and hat before entering the chapels;
3) taking photos is usually not allowed inside the chapels.
