<p>Today, travel by road to Churu. the gateway to the Thar Desert, upon arrival check in at Hotel</p> <p> </p> <p>In the afternoon proceed Heritage Walk- Walk through Dharamsputa, a tall red stand-stone tower. Then proceed towards the local Bazaar. Shop or just explore the vibrant handicrafts and other items displayed. Make a stop at Surana Haveli. Built in the 19th century, it was built by the Kothari family who were successful Jain merchants. Next, proceed towards Surana Double Haveli which is also known as Surana Hawa Mahal, the Wind Palace. Pay respects to the Balaji Temple, contrasting with the plainness of the more concealed north wall. There are some gold paintings above the temple door and also in the porch of the shrine. The Mantri Chhatri has paintings on the basement walls and also in the dome, the latter mostly incarnation of Vishnu.</p>
