<p>Today, morning drive to Mysore (with cycles), en-route Cycle Ridding for approx. 30 Km. Upon arrival, Check-in at hotel.<br /> </p> <p>On the way stop at <strong>Srirangapatna</strong>, towards the ruins of Great Emperor Tipu Sultan’s capital. It was largely destroyed by British forces in 1799, and the ruins stand on an island in the middle of the <strong>Cauvery River</strong>. Once over the bridge, you can cycle around the old ramparts to visit <strong>Colonel Bailey's Dungeon</strong> and <strong>Ranganatha Swamy Temple</strong>. Also on the island is the impressive <strong>Jama Masjid </strong>mosque, and <strong>Dariya Daulat Bagh</strong>, which was once Tipu Sultan’s summer palace.</p> <p><strong>Cycling distance: </strong>30 Kms</p>
