<p><strong>Day 6: Leh to Nubra Valley </strong></p>

<p>After breakfast leave for <strong><em>Nubra Valle</em>y</strong> across <strong><em>Khardong-La</em></strong> (alt: 18,380ft, 5360m), the world’s highest motorable road. After descending from the pass, drive on for sightseeing of <strong><em>Sumoor</em></strong> area and <strong><em>Samstanling Gompa</em></strong>. Then across to the other side of the valley until <strong><em>Hundar</em></strong>.</p> <p>Hundar is a village in the Leh district of Ladakh, India, famous for sand dunes and Bactrian camels. It is located in the Nubra tehsil, on the banks of the Shyok River. The Hunder Monastery is located here.
